VISITORS / VENDORS

Any visitors / vendor write his/her feedback / complaints to us through our Feedback Systems.

SEAFARER'S COMPLAINT / GRIEVANCE

Our company seafarers may send their complaints / grievance to our office through feedback system and write to our office.

We will resolve the compliant as per RPS Rules, 2016 and MLC , 2006 regulation and policy of our Ship Owners.

If Seafarer's complaint is not sorted out by the company, seafarer has the right to approach to the Director General of Shipping or Seamen's Employment Office of the relevant flag authority

Please note : All feedback / Complaints shall be handle by our Top Management.
